As part of your phone session you will receive a personal CD or tape enabling you to do self-hypnosis. It’s convenient and powerful self-rejuvenation.

Your personal CD or tape will arrive in the mail within a day or two. Listening to your CD enables you to benefit during anytime of day when it is convenient for you. This will enhance and reinforce the positive growth you wish to establish.
